To represent the interests of Halloween and Scare Attraction operators in the UK by providing a forum to promote high standards of professionalism and best practice in safety, operation and customer service.

To promote good practice and raise quality standards amongst scare and Halloween event operators by developing a code of practice and set of quality standards which once approved all members will be expected to meet.

To act as spokesperson for the industry and support members through advice and support in crisis management;

To be a technical centre providing commentary, guidance and advice on all legal and other regulatory deevelopments of relevance to members;

To make known the sector's views to Government and other bodies and persons as appropriate;

To be a research and statistical centre, to aggregate and publish statistics, and to provide analysis on scare attractions, Halloween events and other relevant market information;

To provide a forum for the exchange of non-competitive information;

To offer opportunities for networking, mutual support and education;

To promote the benefits of visiting scare attractions and Halloween events in general and members' business in particular.
